Self-deprecation is worth its weight in smoldering phoenix-ashes and baby unicorn tears.

I'm watching the last ever episode of Gilmore Girls.

Bye, Lauren Graham. I'll miss you.

I said goodbye to my sweetheart (King of Queens) last night...

Oh yeah, I suppose I'll miss you too, Alexis Bledel. Not as much as Lauren, but still . . .

That's kinda a seductive look . . .

I burned out on Leah Remini when I found out she was a Scientologist. Sorry, but being part of the Tom Cruise fruitcake religion takes away major hot points.

I dunno, I thought this shot was pretty hot:

That's the suck. I used to like her before I heard that.

I hate to interup the hot chic homage but I had to talk about the SHOW, remember that guys the show. lol.

I have to say that I got a bit teary several times during the show. It seems silly to care so much about a show but I really was sad that it is over. My eyes got misty during Friday night dinner, when Richard told Lorelai that she must be something to inspire the town's party for Rory, when Emily seemed so relieved that Lorelai would continue coming to Friday night dinners, when Lorelai went in Rory's room while she was sleeping.

I think it was a very satisfying ending. I am so glad that at the end it wasn't Luke and Lorelai ride off into the sunset but Lorelai and Rory. That was perfect.

It's really sad that Lauren Graham was never nominated for an Emmy. She really is great. I want to go on a roller coaster vacation with Lorelai. And SanChon, Alexis Bledel first language was Spanish. You could whisper sweet te amo's in her ear.

I thought you were talking about an old song by Cityboy. TV? Bleh.

I agree. I absolutely loved the last episode. It was satisfying, compelling, and well-crafted.

The fact that the closing scene was as close a copy of the closing scene of the first episode was just perfect.

I was not an avid watcher of the show (I'm not a real watcher of any show, no time) but the episodes I did watch I really enjoyed. I liked the fast paced banter between mom and daughter, that's what set it apart to me.

And I think Alexis Bledel is smokin hott, just to throw my two cents into the boy talk.
